Security and data
Management records are sensitive. This is how we protect access, changes and backups.
Two-step verification
Panel users can turn on two-step verification with an authenticator app. It is mandatory for the Siyopa team.
Encrypted backups
The database is backed up every night; backups leave the server only in encrypted form.
Activity log
Who changed what and when: the before and after of each record is kept in the activity log.
Data protection tools
Exporting a person's data, anonymising the identity of people who leave, and retention rules are all in the panel.
Recorded support access
Our support team enters your site under their own identity, with a stated reason and time-limited access; the default is view-only.
Sign-in security
Passwords are stored in a form that cannot be reversed; repeated failed sign-ins are paused for a while.
Pricing
A monthly fee per unit, calculated tier by tier: units in each tier are charged at that tier's price, so extra units cost less as your site grows. The exact figure is in your quote and stays fixed for the contract.
